Jason expressed his thoughts about dating and courting on the Plus One Fan Club message board.

This is what he said:
"In Galations 2:20, Paul said, 'I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ who lives in me. In any relationship, you must die to the flesh-especially in a guy girl relationship. My thought is this. If Jesus is really Lord of your life, then your heart is not yours to give away. When he says it's time and that that is the person you'll marry, that's fine. Otherwise, why not trust him to bring a man or woman of God into your life? Proverbs 4:23 says above all else guard your heart for it is the well spring of life. God wants our affection and our emotion. Dating in groups is a fun, safe way to date if anything. Otherwise, just build great friendships."
